Charlene the front desk attendant was helpful, considerate and accommodating! We were stranded and she got us in a room quickly with no fuss so we cld rest. Whole place was clean, plenty of towels. Hot tub area was clean and well stocked with towels! Breakfast was amazing! Thank u Charleen!!!
I stayed here overnight for business and had a great experience all the way around. The entire property was very clean as well as my room. The room was very well kept with a comfortable bed; great water pressure for a shower and all toiletries were there. Breakfast selection was great with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my lodging stop on my next trip.
This hotel is a great option in Woodward. Hotels there are either low quality budget or nicer hotels charging a premium so this hotel fits right in the middle and is a nice place to stay. The pool, spa, and gym were all working and clean. Breakfast was great and the beds here are amazing! We will always stay here in the future when in Woodward.
Rooms have two controls for the TV. It's confusing to operate both. AC unit did not cool the room properly. Breakfast is a 5. Other than that, I liked it.
I was honestly over-impressed, this place exceeded my expectations for a cheap-er hotel that we used for a small trip away from home. The rooms were very nice, everything was super clean and smelled good. The only thing that I would knock was during our visit (March 2025) was that the pool was not being heated and was ice cube cold, and the hot tub pump was out. So my kids were disappointed after putting their swim trunks on. The breakfast was very typical of any hotel of this caliber: fruits, juices, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.
